Job Description

Line Cook | SMASH Sonoma SMASH Sonoma is hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced burger, fried chicken, fries, and shake spot located right on the Sonoma Plaza. This is an AM shift only position, ideal for someone looking for a consistent daytime schedule.

SMASH Sonoma, Sonoma Plaza Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Work cleanly and stay organized during prep and service Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Assist with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team Help keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and ready for service Qualifications Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working as part of a small team Strong attention to cleanliness and consistency Must be available Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM About
