The Role:

Operate and maintain our wood-fired pizza oven during serviceComplete approximately 45 minutes of setup prior to each shiftPrepare and cook pizzas to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentationWork Thursday through Sunday, 4pm to closingMaintain a clean and organized cooking stationCollaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
