What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Your daily tasks will include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes with precision and care. Following recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety standards. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service. Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and prepping ingredients.

Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Is knowledgeable about food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards. Works well under pressure and can handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
