What You'll Do:

Read incoming orders and expertly grill meat skewers to perfectionPrepare ingredients and components with knife skills and attention to detailMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceWork collaboratively with kitchen staff during peak service timesFollow food safety and quality standards consistently

What We're Looking For:

Basic proficiency with kitchen knives and food preparation techniquesAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchenReliability and a positive attitudeInterest in learning traditional Persian cooking methods
