The identity of Osha Thai comes to the kitchen of Torsap Thai Kitchen in Walnut Creek. We are a very successful restaurant with great presentation and craft cocktails. Today, we will bring our signature to Carlsbad. We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate for this position has experience preparing food and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong customer service skills and an ability to multi-task effectively, as the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious meals for our customers.
Qualification:
2-3 years experience as line cook, experience in Asian restaurant will be advantage Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situation and providing solution Ability to work as a team Able to meet physical such as lifting at least 50lbs. As well as standing on your feet for up to 8 hours Must have a current servsafe/CA food handling card Must be able to speak and reading
English Responsibilities :
Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately Comply with and enforce sanitation regulation and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworker ad customers Taking charge of kitchen opening/closing and other side duties as directed by a chef Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized Ensuring proper food temperature when cooking and proper storage
