Prepare and cook menu items including tacos, proteins, and sides with speed and consistency during peak serviceMaintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillmentFollow recipes and plating guidelines to maintain our quality standardsCommunicate effectively with the front-of-house team to meet guest expectationsContribute ideas to improve efficiency and menu execution
