Job Description
Bottega Napa Valley is seeking a passionate and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. Inspired by Italian cuisine and Napa Valley's seasonal bounty, Bottega Napa Valley offers a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment focused on quality, consistency, craftsmanship, and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and execute dishes according to Bottega Napa Valley's standards of quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling practices Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks during prep and service Assist with daily prep, station setup, and station breakdown Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures with attention to detail Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture Qualifications Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or upscale dining environment Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail Passion for seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and as part of a team Professional attitude and willingness to learn Upscale dining experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Health insurance Employee dining discounts Opportunity to work in a dynamic, upscale restaurant environment Supportive, team-oriented kitchen culture We look forward to meeting you.
