We Want to BE the vision of how food is served. Just BE Kitchen is Colorado's largest gluten-free restaurant group — a 100% scratch kitchen, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and the first seed-oil-free certified restaurant in the United States. Every dish is built from scratch, by hand, with intention. We're not playing it safe with "healthy" food — we're proving it can taste incredible. We're looking for an exceptionally skilled cook who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and genuinely wants to be part of a scratch-food program — not just execute tickets, but understand the why behind par levels, prep timing, and portioning. What You'll Do Run the line during service — fast, clean, consistent, no shortcuts. Lead and execute prep — proper knife work, batch consistency, and recipe accuracy across every station. Manage par levels and timing — know what needs to be ready, when, and why it matters to the guest waiting on it. Follow recipes with precision — we're a from-scratch kitchen; consistency is the whole point. Flex across Line, Prep, or Dish as the shift demands. We move as a team, not in silos. Maintain a clean, organized, food-safety-first station at all times. What You Bring Real experience operating in a commercial kitchen, prepping food from scratch — not just reheating or assembling. Strong knife skills and an understanding of proper food handling, storage, and rotation. The ability to manage multiple things at once — prep lists, ticket times, par levels — without losing your head. Dependability. We need someone who shows up, on time, every time. A willingness to learn our system even if you've never worked gluten-free, grain-conscious, or scratch-kitchen before. The Schedule This role requires open availability. You'll need to be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week , with shifts generally falling between: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Full-time and part-time candidates are both welcome — we'll build the schedule around the right person, not the other way around.
