Lead Line Cook — La Française Bistrot Join our vibrant and unique French Bistrot as
Lead Line Cook:
run a station, Learn new skills and craft consistent, restaurant‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, respectful kitchen. We value technique, speed, creativity, and calm under pressure.
Requirements:
1+ years hot‑line experience, strong knife skills, ability to execute classic and contemporary dishes, willingness to learn French cuisine, reliable, team‑oriented, flexible schedule.
