What You'll Do As a Cook at BCBC, you'll play a key role in keeping our guests and staff fueled for adventure.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking delicious meals in our food truck. Managing and maintaining food truck staff to ensure smooth operations. Providing excellent customer service to our guests. Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience. What We're Looking For We're seeking a Cook with at least 1 year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here's what we'd like you to bring to the table: Proven experience in a cooking or culinary role. Strong leadership skills to manage staff effectively. Ability to manage all aspects of food truck solo. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A commitment to maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.
