Position Responsibilities:

Work at grill station and prepare meat, poultry, and fish dishes. Properly adhere to butchery guidelines to ensure proper yield of product. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Report to shift on time and in proper uniform. Ability to view ingredients and completed recipes to ensure only the highest quality products are used and produced. Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Daily checks of frozen and fresh par ingredients for quantities needed, communicating to the appropriate personnel when items are low and need to be ordered. Work in a clean and safe manner adhering to all Food Handler guidelines. Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dishwashing, wiping down and sanitizing work surfaces, cleaning/stocking shelves, refrigerators and freezers. Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.

Qualifications:

Ability to work as part of a team or individually. Well organized and sense of urgency. Flexible scheduling availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong time management skills and self-motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic knowledge of ingredients and commercial kitchen equipment. Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2026 or until the position is filled.
