Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and meets our standards of excellence. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and cooking various ingredients. Requirements Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed.
