This is a direct hire position for Aramark, a global leader in food, facilities, and hospitality services at Ford Amphitheater location. Job Description Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Concessions Cook is the individual behind the amazing smells each client and guest encounters. Our cooks take pride in ensuring that our food is prepared as directed and follows Food Safety Guidelines as directed by Department of Health (DOH) and Aramark's policies and procedures. This employee will have the ability to work holidays, nights and/or weekends (as needed). This role is an Hourly/Part-Time/Seasonal position Compensation Data COMPENSATION
The Hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. BENEFITS

Job Responsibilities Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment - communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items (as needed) Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, grills, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines Ensures compliance with food temps and documentation throughout event Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils - as per guidelines and policies Ensures clear and concise communication with stand leads, stand workers and cashiers Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers Ensures security of company assets Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership The above listed bullets do not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Qualifications 18 years of age or older (Required) Experience as a cook in a related field or environment (Required) TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Preferred) - will be trained upon hire (as needed) ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) - will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) Basic math and counting skills (Required) Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs. Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills Willingness to accept change and new procedures Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes Ability to work independently with limited supervision This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. Pay:
