Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a passion for food preparation. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
• Will also be required to dishwash, sweep, and mop

Experience:

• Prior experience as a cook or in the food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Proficiency with kitchen tools such as knives and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Familiarity with menu planning and restaurant operations is a plus
