Job Description

Marco's Coal-Fired Englewood location is hiring an experienced Part Time Line Cook. Some Friday - Sunday availability is required.
FULL TIME
may be available for the right candidate. We Pay Hourly + Wage Share of Service Fee based on your Skills! Experienced Cooks with us making up to $25/hr. FT Hours, Including evenings and weekends. Fri, Sat, Sunday availability is required for this position. 1yr+ of Pizza, Pantry, dough experience a plus. We train our methods and expectations. Must have knife skills and be able to read a recipe book either in English or Spanish. We are looking to hire employees to work 30hrs+, PT may be available for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Stretch, Top, Cook pizzas to our recipe and technique. Each person is trained extensively. Cook, assemble & present all food items from our Salad & Pantry line. Each person is trained extensively. Open Prep and/or close and clean each station as necessary, learn to Prep and par ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen station, communicate with management any outages or needed supplies. Prepare food with highest sanitation standards, comply with allergen requests, behave and present yourself in a professional and cleanly manner. What we're looking for:
Ideal:
1 yr+ Kitchen experience, Knife skills, food handlers card, familiarity with basic kitchen equipment (Robocoupe etc,), Ability to stand while working for 8 hours, ability to lift +40 pounds.
