Whether working in a healthcare setting, a fine dining restaurant, or a catering environment, your culinary skills will help deliver nutritious and delicious meals that delight our guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established menus, dietary guidelines, and safety standards Assist with menu planning to ensure variety, nutritional balance, and customer preferences are met Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Cook and plate dishes with precision, demonstrating excellent knife skills and attention to detail Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations Serve meals to residents or guests in a courteous and professional manner while adhering to food safety protocols Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in both fine dining and restaurant environments Knowledge of menu planning, food handling procedures, and food safety standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques for diverse cuisines Experience with food industry operations such as catering, serving, and kitchen management Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Familiarity with dietary restrictions, nutritional guidelines, and specialized meal preparation Join us to bring your culinary expertise to life!
