We are seeking a dynamic and experienced line cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage food production processes, and contribute to a thriving hospitality environment. Qualifications Experiencia comprobada en alta cocina o cocinas de alto volumen y altos estándares Sólida formación en producción culinaria , manejo de estación y técnica Capacidad para trabajar de manera limpia, eficiente y con sentido de urgencia Compromiso con la excelencia, la consistencia y la mejora continua Actitud positiva, profesionalismo y mentalidad de trabajo en equipo Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and tools Prepare and cook menu items, including proteins, sauces, and side dishes, ensuring consistency and seasonality Accurately plate dishes according to presentation standards Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times Assist in training, supervising, and mentoring junior kitchen staff Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of ingredients Collaborate effectively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service
