Line Cook / Prep Cook Full-Time | Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment A growing restaurant and retail operation in Glenwood Springs is looking for a dependable and hardworking Cook to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and works well with a team-oriented staff. The Cook will work closely with restaurant leadership to help maintain smooth kitchen operations, consistent food preparation, and excellent guest experiences.

Location:

Glenwood Springs, CO Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:00pm or 11am-8pm (occasional weekends as needed)

Status:

Full-Time | Immediate Interviews What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards Assist with food prep, portioning, and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen Follow food safety and proper food handling procedures Support daily kitchen operations during busy service periods Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Work closely with management and team members to ensure efficient service Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Previous cook, prep cook, kitchen, or food service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Flexible and willing to assist where needed Why Apply?
