The shifts are Sunday and Monday from 4:30pm-10:30pm. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their selections Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth operations Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, supporting large groups or special functions Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Excellent customer service abilities to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and adhering to health regulations Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Previous restaurant or food industry experience, including fine dining or banquet service preferred Familiarity with serving in nightclubs or catering environments enhances versatility in this role This dynamic position offers the chance to develop your culinary talents while delivering top-tier hospitality.
