You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service. Your expertise in food preparation and handling will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food handling guidelines. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Knowledgeable about dietary requirements and food service best practices. Strong knife skills for efficient food handling. Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
