Job Description

Overview Key Responsibilities Sanitation & Dishwashing:
Operate commercial dish machines and manually wash pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all dishware is polished, sanitized, and restocked in appropriate areas.
Facility Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, work tables, walls, and refrigerators. Sweep, mop, and maintain dry floors throughout the shift to prevent slip hazards.
Waste Management:
Empty, scrape, and remove trash to designated disposal areas. Clean and maintain garbage bins.
Food Prep Assistance:
Assist with basic prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and slicing vegetables or meats. Portion out take-out food and stock pantry supplies.
Qualifications & Skills Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature, and noisy
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
