Job Description

Join the kitchen team at Treeline Kitchen, a Leadville classic American restaurant. We're looking for dedicated kitchen staff and cooks who thrive in a busy, collaborative environment and take pride in putting out quality plates night after night.

We're a small, family-owned restaurant focused on doing the fundamentals well.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook dishes to order while maintaining consistent quality and presentationManage your station efficiently during service, from prep to platingCollaborate with the kitchen team to keep service moving smoothlyFollow food safety and sanitation standardsContribute to a positive kitchen culture where teamwork mattersAssist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as neededWe're looking for people with kitchen experience who are reliable, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in the craft of cooking.
