Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests. Must have Full Service Restaurant Line Cook Experience!!!! The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and safety, with a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in menu preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, appetizers, and sides.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food handling and dietary department regulations.
  • Utilize kitchen tools, including knives, to prepare ingredients for cooking.
  • Provide exceptional help and support to other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our dishes.
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Dinner Line Cook in a Full Menu Service Restaurant or in a related culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Experience with meal preparation and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in food preparation.
  • Familiarity with food handling and dietary department regulations.
  • Experience with knives and other kitchen tools.
  • Ability to help and support other team members.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
  • Experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices.
