We are part of the Mountain Sun family of pubs—a family-owned, growing company that values quality food, shared work, and genuine hospitality.
What You Can Expect From Us:
$15.16 per hour + tips Shift meals, shift beers, and health insurance after 60 days A fun 4-day work week with 3 days off and a flexible schedule Weekly live music nights A true team system , where tips and work are shared between FOH and BOH Room to grow in an environment that welcomes independent thinking and empowerment We strongly encourage Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to pursue management roles within our company
What You'll Do:
Complete all prep tasks in order from prep lists provided by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager Wash, chop, sort, and prepare fruits, vegetables, meats, and other ingredients Measure and portion seasonings and cooking ingredients Perform early-stage cooking tasks such as parboiling, reducing sauces, and starting components of dishes Label, date, and properly store ingredients Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash Follow all food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards Assist with inventory tracking and communicate needs for resupply
