Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Pantry Cook, where your passion for food and attention to detail will shine! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients, assembling dishes in a timely manner, and ensuring that all food safety standards are upheld. Your creativity and culinary skills will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. We're dedicated to fostering a great work environment that values enthusiasm for teamwork and great food. Duties Prepare and organize ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area, including storage spaces and workstations. Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Assemble and bake pizzas. Prepare salads and various appetizers in a fast paced environment. Prepping, baking and plating dessert menu items. Experience Previous baking/pastry experience is preferred. Familiarity with food industry standards related to food handling, safety, and sanitation. Experience with prep and cooking in a fast-paced setting. Skilled in using knives safely and efficiently for various food prep tasks. Ability to lift 45+ lbs. Prior kitchen work within the food industry that highlights your ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
