Job Description

Boychik; a Mediterranean inspired restaurant that offers traditional cuisine with a modern interpretation in the Avanti F&B at Golden Peak in Vail is looking for that right person to join our team! Looking for an experienced individual that can keep up in a fast paced kitchen. Must be able to jump in and help the team as needed. We are J1 friendly and have had great success in training people with little to no experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow recipes and presentation specifications Ensure food is stored and handled properly Maintain a clean and organized work area Monitor food stock and notify the supervisor of any shortages
Experience:
Familiarity with dietary department guidelines and regulations is a plus Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time Excellent time management skills As a Line Cook/Prep Cook/Counter Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals.
