USA JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Gummy Cook to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mass gummy production and experience working with large- scale cooking machinery. As well as experience working with multiple types of active inputs. The Gummy Cooker will be responsible for cooking gummies using both pectin and gelatin, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and specifications. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate large-scale cooking machinery to cook CBD gummies according to production schedules. Monitor cooking temperatures, times, and ingredients to ensure consistent quality. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cooking, mixing, and forming gummies.- Perform quality checks on cooked gummies to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment and work area. Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues. Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Record accurate data for batch production records.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred. Understanding of mass gummy production processes. Experience cooking gummies with active ingredients such as CBD, THC, CBG, CBN, Supplements, i.e. Vitiam C, D, magnesium, kava, functional mushrooms. Knowledge of cooking gummies using both pectin and gelatin. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Basic math and measurement skills.
