In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests and elevate their golf experience. Grill will be open 10 am. until 4 pm. Wednesday through Sunday. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is handled safely, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation practices at all times Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Monitor food quality during preparation, adjusting cooking times as needed for optimal results Follow food safety regulations diligently and document all food handling procedures accurately Skills Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pleasent and outgoing personality to communicate with golfers and guests. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and kitchen staff Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures.
