The Hidden Still offers a unique blend of incredible food and the area's largest selection of moonshine brands, and we're looking for a talented Line/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line/Prep Cook, you'll play a key role in bringing our delicious pub favorites to life. You'll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, ensuring that our dishes are plated to perfection, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Your tasks will include:

Food Prep :

Chopping vegetables, breaking down and cutting meats, grinding, mixing ingredients, and washing and preparing produce.

Station Setup :

Setting up and stocking your workstations with all necessary supplies for a smooth and efficient service.

Dish Plating :

Following menu specifications to plate dishes beautifully, ensuring the perfect balance of flavor and presentation.

Food Storage :

Properly storing ingredients and maintaining food safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while contributing to a memorable guest experience.
