Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of ala carte dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail Follow established recipes and menu specifications to ensure quality standards are met Assist with menu planning and suggest innovative dish ideas to enhance the dining experience Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Handle food ingredients safely, including proper storage, handling, and portioning Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service Ensure all food is prepared according to dietary guidelines and customer preferences, including dietary restrictions or special requests Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles within a food service setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining cuisine Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of quality Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to ensure seamless kitchen operations Join us as an Ala Carte Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
