Our busy neighborhood Italian restaurant serves lunch, dinner, brunch, catering, and special events. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook/Roundsman who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food preparation, station setup, and daily kitchen operations Support lunch, dinner and any catering Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Properly receive, store, and rotate food products Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Centro?
