In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious fried dishes with precision and care, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and culinary excellence will help create a lively dining atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, food-focused environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively on plates Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with meal preparation, including portioning ingredients and setting up cooking stations Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold quality standards and improve overall workflow Skills Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings Knowledge of menu planning, especially related to fried foods or similar cuisine types Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience in fine dining or catering environments that emphasize presentation and quality Understanding of food safety practices, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food service tasks
