We serve Texas-style BBQ, smoked meats, sliders, loaded mac bowls, wings, and sides in a high-volume open kitchen environment. We are looking for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, communicate well, and take pride in consistent food quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble BBQ menu items during service Slice and chop brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and ribs Work POS, fryer, prep stations, sandwich station, and food assembly Maintain portioning, quality, and presentation standards Complete prep work including proteins, sauces, sides, and setup Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shift Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

1+ year kitchen or line cook experience preferred BBQ or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus Ability to work quickly under pressure Reliable transportation and strong attendance Weekend availability required Team-oriented with a positive attitude
