Job Overview No experience required. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prep Cook / Cold Station team member to join our kitchen team Friday and Saturday nights, 4-9. Duties Prepare and assemble cold dishes, salads, garnishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station, ensuring all work areas meet health and safety regulations Support the culinary team with food preparation tasks, including slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients using knife skills Ensure all food items are stored correctly, rotated properly, and labeled accurately for freshness and safety Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared items during service hours
