Line Cook / A la carte

We are looking for experienced line cooks to be assigned in all areas of the Kitchen.

These positions responsibilities include:

Preparing meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables Experience working under strict Food Safety Knife Skills and capable to create basic sauces, stocks and vinaigrettes Team player attitude, communicative and able to stay calm in high-stress situations High - volume and fast-pace work ethic. Ethic respectful of the club culture, members and staff.

$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
