Full Time DIetary Cook Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation - New Haven, CT Join our compassionate team and make a difference every day! We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements Follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures Assist with food prep, portioning, and serving Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Work closely with dietary staff and nursing team to meet resident needs Qualifications Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or long-term care experience a plus) Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Must have Servsafe Certification Apply today to join a team dedicated to providing quality care and nutrition to our residents.
