In this role, you'll be an essential part of creating delicious, beautifully presented dishes that delight our guests. Whether you're chopping, sautéing, or assembling meals, your skills will help ensure every plate meets our high standards. This position offers a vibrant environment for culinary enthusiasts eager to develop their skills and contribute to a lively kitchen atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble components according to menu specifications and recipes Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Support catering events by preparing large quantities of menu items efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurants or catering, is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards will set you apart Kitchen or culinary experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure is desirable Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude contribute to team success Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through your culinary expertise!
