The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a flair for creativity in the kitchen. Diner cooks will report to the chef and must be knowledgeable of typical diner menu. Duties Daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Manage inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catering events and banquets. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a diner cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry Experience with catering services and banquet preparation is highly desirable. Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse menus that cater to various dietary needs. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
