Job Description
Grill Cook We are currently looking for a dedicated Grill/Line Cook to join our close-knit team!
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer requests
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area, including equipment and utensils
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist with catering events as needed, including food preparation and setup
Experience:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
