Overview Full-Time Experienced Breakfast and Dinner Grill person, must be able to work restaurant hours and weekends as required. Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist in menu planning and suggest new ideas to enhance our offerings Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management Support catering events or special functions with expert food preparation and presentation Uphold high standards of food industry hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations Experience Must have Breakfast grill experience and restaurant experience Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary career while contributing to an energetic team dedicated to excellence.
