What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail at the grill and other areas if necessary Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, keeping health standards top of mind Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Stay calm and efficient during high-volume shifts and work collaboratively with the team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow directions precisely Excellent time management and multitasking skills Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality

Favorable:

Have previous experience with Middle Eastern cuisine
