Job Description

SEEKING PASTRY/BREAD PRODUCTION COOK
•Delamar Hotel Collection Greenwich Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and innovative Pastry/Bread Production Cook to support the daily pastry operations of its restaurant concept, Dandelion. Working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary team, this role contributes to seasonal menu development, production, and daily service for both à la carte dining and special events. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in both production and service within an upscale dining environment. A strong passion for scratch baking, high-quality ingredients, and creating both sweet and savory pastries, desserts, and breakfast items is essential. Experience with breads and laminated doughs is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate solid knowledge of both classic and modern pastry techniques, as well as an awareness of current global culinary trends. A pastry or culinary degree is preferred. This is a full-time position offering PTO and a comprehensive benefits package.
