Job Description
The Bridge at Saugatuck is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Garde Manger to join our culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing cold appetizers, salads, raw bar items, garnishes, and plated presentations while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout service. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for presentation and quality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
