Job Description
The Bridge at Saugatuck is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items during service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, following food safety standards, assisting with prep work, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
