This role focuses on preparing fresh salads, building sandwiches, light baking, and assembling delivery orders for our catering and event business. Responsibilities Prepare and portion fresh ingredients for salads, grain bowls, and sandwiches Assemble sandwiches and wraps with consistency and attention to presentation Assist with light baking (bars, breads, simple desserts) Accurately build and package delivery and catering orders Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station Follow prep lists and communicate inventory needs Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
