The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen interest in menu planning and fine dining. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of our clients while ensuring food safety standards are strictly adhered to. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Collaborate with the catering team to create innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and maintaining cleanliness. Support the Dietary department in providing nutritious meals tailored to client needs. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment. Maintain a well-organized kitchen environment, ensuring all cooking stations are clean and stocked. Experience Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably in fine dining or catering settings. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience with menu planning and food preparation techniques. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
