We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Food track cook to help us provide an exceptional mobile dining experience for our customers. About the position The Food Cook position involves working in a dynamic food truck environment, serving lunches and events across the DMV area. The role requires a blend of customer service, food preparation, and teamwork to ensure a clean and efficient operation while providing excellent service to customers. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain the cleanliness of the food truck, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning equipment. Work interchangeably with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy events. Assist with closing down the food truck, including cleaning and restocking supplies for the next shift. Adapt to varying event schedules and responsibilities as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
