The Role The Line Cook is the primary executioner of our menu. You work with focus and precision to ensure every dish that leaves your station is consistent, beautiful, and exactly what the guest expected. You are a vital part of the kitchen's energy and success.
What You'll Own Station Mastery:
Own your assigned station from start to finish—from the first prep item to the final wipe-down at night.Recipe Consistency:
Follow standardized recipes to the gram; maintain our high standards of taste and presentation for every single order.Cleanliness:
Maintain a 'clean-as-you-go' mentality; follow all food safety, labeling, and sanitation protocols meticulously.Team Support:
Communicate clearly with the Sous Chef/Expo and assist your teammates when your station is clear. Who You Are 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
