Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook with a solid background in Italian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting the line during service, and ensuring that all prep tasks are completed efficiently and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and recipes according to chef's specifications. Assist the line cooks during busy services as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Support the kitchen team in daily operations and ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen. Knowledge of Italian cuisine, pasta, sauces, and traditional preparations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Flexibility to assist across stations as needed.
