Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Cook who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. This role requires someone who can work independently, maintain exceptional kitchen safety and sanitation standards, and consistently deliver high-quality food. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in a high-volume setting Execute large orders with accuracy and timeliness Work independently with minimal supervision Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or high-volume cooking MUST have a clean criminal record for last 7 years (no convictions of felony or misdemeanors) Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience preparing large batch meals with consistency and quality Reliable, punctual, and professional Fine dining experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable for this role What We're Looking For Self-starter who takes ownership of their station Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
